Mortgage Lender in Munich, Germany signs up for Pallas Athena’s Document Composition Software

Modus|one ensures smooth operations within loan applications

Munich, Germany, Pallas Athena will in the future optimize the generation and approval of mortgage applications for  the Münchener Hypothekenbank (MHB) in Munich, Germany. The mortgage lender decided on Pallas Athena’s Enterprise Output Management platform Modus|one in order to have the flexibility and the control in the generation, distribution, and management of documents for its loan application.

MHB aimed to replace its current document composition system DES with a new and effective platform for the development and management of both all individual text objects and the complete document definitions as well as for the generation of  documents from its SAP Credit Management solution. After significant consideration MHB decided on the innovative Modus|one EOM platform. The key argument was Modus|one’s ability to flexibly and individually adapt the mortgage processes and to simply import Word documents via a standardardized interface.

Modus|one is implemented by Steria Mummert Consulting . All existing text objects and document definitions, including the complete directory structure from the existing system, will automatically be migrated into Modus|one. The process is triggered by SAP, starting the frontend  Modus|one Web Service Client with the appropriate parameters receive the documents for post-processing. Finally, also all print jobs and the document archiving are controlled by Modus|one.
