This is because the domains in the Web portal are not initially expanded. If you click on the plus sign, the folder structure will be displayed.
It is physically located on the server. The intention is that the reports should be accessed via the BPM|one portal. Depending on the permissions, they can be viewed via “Reports” and “Publications” in other words within the BPM|one environment.
Yes. It is possible to integrate Reflect|one (standalone) into the information infrastructure of a specific client. Reflect|one is fully web-enabled and can easily be attached to the clients’ physical network, to their own server center for instance. Furthermore, if you want to have a permanent, online connection with your (legacy) systems that you would like to mine, you’ll need an adapter
No, it only takes a bit more time to discover, mine, or animate a process model as the log size increases.
This depends on the system and database knowledge at the client side. For instance, if the system logs the necessary data already into one table, most of the time it’s easy to get a log file (within one hour) using a data manipulation language like SQL. If the data is spread out over multiple tables and/or semantic relationships need to be defind, detailed analysis is necessary to find and combine the right data and export it out of the system. You’ll need more time (1 or 2 days).
Results of mining like a process model or a social network can be easily imported and used in BPM|one for further modeling and improvement. After that, it is possible to animate the improved model again or use it for simulation or future what-if scenario.
That's right, in this screen you must log in once with the username "admin" and the password "admin".

Clicking on the refresh button in the menu bar will update the page.
BPM|one is supplied ready to use with all the necessary modules, including Library, Indicator, and Organization Modeler.
Customers who have BPM|Protos Personal can perform the migration themselves. The required software is included and will launch automatically. For customers who have BPM|Protos Enterprise, the migration is so complex that it must be performed by Pallas Athena.
Yes, process models from BPM|Protos 8.0 can be read in. Unfortunately, “dragging and dropping” is not possible because we are operating in a web environment. Every process model must be read in using the right mouse button.
The greatest benefit is that BPM|one is now Web-based, so if you have a network version you can launch BPM|one from any workstation in your organization. There is no longer any local installation required.
If you have a maintenance and upgrade contract, you pay nothing extra for the software. If you have BPM|Protos Enterprise, we will need to perform the conversion. There will be a charge for this conversion.
Yes, both the functionality and the look and feel of BPM|Protos have been retained; the only difference is that you need to log in via a portal.
