How to activate your licence

In order to activate your licence, we need the details of the machine on which you intend to install BPM|one, Modus|one or BPM|Protos.

Note: If you want to re-activate your BPM|Protos licence you have to request a new activation and licence code. To enhance our services we made some changes to our Licence Management Procedure. The new  activation  and licence code will be available within a working day. Please use this link to get your new BPM|Protos activation and licence code.

  1. Customer ID: your customer ID with Pallas Athena
  2. Customer name: the name under which you or your company are registered with Pallas Athena
  3. Host name: the machine name of the computer on which you want to run the BPM|one, Modus|one or BPM|Protos server. On Microsoft Windows machines, you will find this name in Windows Explorer under “My computer”.
  4. Server port: the BPM|one or Modus|one client communicates with the server via a port. This port should have a number between 1024 and 49151. The default BPM|one server port is 4994. We suggest you only change this if you already use 4994 for a different BPM|one server or a different purpose. The value for the BPM|Protos port is standard 4994.
  5. Operating system of the server: You can choose between the different operating systems that are supported, namely Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003- and Windows Server 2008.
  6. E-mail address: the BPM|one, Modus|one or BPM|Protos licence will be sent to you in a licence file. It will be sent to the e-mail address you provide here.
